For the home game against FC Bayern on 8 November 2023, tickets are already on sale on the black market. Werder Bremen warns against buying tickets from unauthorised sellers.

The club pointed out that tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers may be invalid and that access to the stadium may be denied.

Werder Bremen therefore recommends that tickets only be purchased from authorised advance booking offices or via the club's official ticket shop.

The club also advises fans to be particularly vigilant when buying tickets online and to only use reputable and secure websites.
